During the first week of term, our wonderful, new Year 7’s took part in the Crest Award. They listened respectfully to our visitors' talk about sustainability, before completing projects as teams, creating ideas on how they could help businesses become more sustainable. Our pupils created amazing designs and ideas, including making sculptures from rubbish, putting solar panels on electric cars and many more amazing ideas! It was a first for us as a school, running this project, and it was really exciting to see something new, engaging and relevant to our young people! Well done everyone and diolch/ thank you to our visitors and staff for supporting and organising this day!
