Cardiff Family Gateway

The Family Gateway is a contact point for any professional, parent, child or young person to get the information, advice and assistance you need in Cardiff. The Family Gateway Contact Officers are available to listen to your situation, identify what support is best for you and can help you access it. Cardiff Families First   Free phone helpline 08088000038 or text 80800 starting your message with FamiliesFF.  On ringing the Freephone, a skilled and experience practitioner will be able to provide information on services and where and how to access them.   They also provide the option of skilled and experience practitioner who is able to visit you in person to discuss Families First and support you to access the services you need.

The Citizens Advice Service

The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice.   They are based at 14 hubs around the City.  

CAFCAS 

CAFCAS can offer support to parents and carers dealing with divorce or separation, adoption or family contact.
