At Eastern High, we believe that wearing the correct school uniform is an important part of belonging to our school community. A smart and consistent appearance sets a positive tone for learning, helps prepare students for future workplaces, and shows pride in being part of our school.

We understand that buying uniform and making sure children are dressed appropriately can sometimes feel challenging. To make things clearer and easier, we have produced a Uniform Guide to explain what is required and how families can meet our expectations with confidence.

Our aim is for students to look smart and feel part of the school, without placing unnecessary cost on families. Core items such as the blazer, tie and PE kit are available from our official supplier, YC Sports and School Wear. Other items, such as jumpers, shirts trousers and skirts, may be purchased from any retailer as long as they meet the standards set out in our guide. Iron on school badges are also available if you wish to add them to plain black jumpers or blazers purchased elsewhere.

We ask that all uniform and sports kit are clearly labelled with the student’s name to avoid loss and make it easier to return items if misplaced. Students are also encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle for use throughout the school day.
